Set up your workspace

Create your account

1. Go to the sign-up page and enter your name, your company name, your work email and a password of at least 8 characters.
2. Tick the box to accept the Terms of Service and the Data Processing Agreement. You cannot create a workspace without it.
3. Select Start 14-day trial. You land in your new workspace as its Owner.

Every new workspace starts on a 14-day trial with no card needed. The trial allows one project and up to 25 units, and includes the buyer portal, the agent portal and design selections. See Billing and plans for what each plan adds.

New workspaces also get five ready-made unit fields — Pool, View, Parking, Storage and Balcony — so you can see how custom fields work straight away. Edit or delete them as you like.

Company details

Open Settings in the sidebar. It opens on General settings; the other settings pages — Workspace, Billing & plan, API & integrations, Viewing bookings, Lead routing and the rest — are listed beside it on a computer and in a picker at the top on a phone. You only see the pages your role and modules allow.

1. In the company card, fill in the company name, website, address and VAT number.
2. Select Save.

The company name and website appear on the buyer and agent portals, on generated images and on presentations. The same page holds your brand kit. Your team has its own Team page in the sidebar, and agents and the agent portal settings are on the Agents page. Which features your workspace shows — off-plan selling, client pipeline, AI marketing and site work — is set under Settings › Workspace (modules). The same page holds the workspace Time zone: viewing bookings, when a task or payment counts as overdue, activity times and the daily reminders all follow it.

Storage

The Storage card at the top of Settings shows how much of your plan's storage your uploads use — photos, floor plans, documents, message attachments and generated images all count.

• The bar turns amber at 80% and red at 95%, with an upgrade link.
• When the limit is reached, new uploads are refused with a message; nothing already stored is removed.
• Deleting a file frees its space, and the total is recounted regularly.

• Growth: 25 GB
• Pro: 100 GB
• Enterprise: unlimited

Use the sun/moon button to switch between light and dark themes. Your choice is remembered in this browser.
