Projects
Create a project, find your way around its tabs, and set its location and points of interest.
A project is one building or development. Everything else — units, construction updates, media, documents, AI output — belongs to a project.
Create a project
- Open Projects in the sidebar.
- Type the project name and its location (for example "Limassol, Cyprus").
- Select Add.
The badge at the top right shows how many projects you have against your plan's limit. When you reach it, adding another is refused until you upgrade — see Billing and plans.
Each new project starts with five construction milestones — Foundation, Structure, Envelope, Finishes and Handover — so progress can be shown from day one. See Construction progress and updates.
The project page
Select a project to open it. The header shows the cover image, name, location and status, and six figures: total units, available, reserved, sold or delivered, revenue from sold units, and scheduled viewings.
Below the header are the tabs. Each tab has its own address, so you can bookmark or share a link to one:
- Overview — construction progress, units available, the area description and recent activity.
- Units — the unit table, filters and the add-unit form. See Units and custom fields.
- Construction — milestones and updates for buyers.
- Tasks — jobs for your team, as a list or a board. See Tasks.
- Site diary — the daily site log, approvals and PDFs. See Site diary.
- Location — the map and points of interest (below).
- Media — cover image, gallery and links. See Media and documents.
- Documents — contracts, brochures and plans with per-file visibility.
- AI — social images, posts, the marketing brief, presentations and unit descriptions. See AI tools overview.
- Settings — the project's own custom fields.
Location
The Location tab sets where the development is and what is nearby. Buyers see it on their portal overview and agents in the agent portal.
- Write the Location as "Town, District, Country", for example "Paralimni, Famagusta, Cyprus". It shows under the project name, and property portal feeds take the town and country from it.
- Search for the Development address and pick a result, or type the latitude and longitude yourself.
- Optionally set Map zoom (1–20) to frame the map.
- Write an Area description — a short paragraph about the neighbourhood.
- Select Save location.
Points of interest
Add the beach, schools, the airport and anything else buyers ask about:
- Under Add point of interest, enter a label such as "Larnaca Airport" and pick a category.
- Search its address to place a pin, or leave it without one to list it only.
- Add the distance in km and the minutes on foot or by car if you know them.
- Select Add point of interest.
Edit or delete a point from its row. The order field controls the list order.
Note: If the map shows "Map unavailable", the list of points of interest is still shown. Maps need either a Google Maps key or a map tile server configured on the server.
