AI text and presentations

Write social posts, marketing briefs and unit descriptions, fill a unit from its photos, and build a branded PDF presentation.

All of these live on a project's AI tab. Text is written in your brand's tone of voice, in British English, and avoids the words you have listed in your brand kit.

Social media post

  1. In Social media post, pick the platform: Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn.
  2. Optionally add instructions, then select Generate post.
  3. Read the caption and select Copy to paste it into the platform. Captions include your brand hashtags where they fit; for an image, use the Social image card, which writes its own caption.

Marketing brief

  1. In Marketing brief, select Generate brief.
  2. The brief has four parts: Overview, Units & Availability, Pricing and Highlights.
  3. Select Copy to paste it elsewhere, or Download brief (PDF) for a branded A4 document in your fonts and colour. The brief is not saved — generate it again when your data changes, or keep the PDF.

Unit descriptions

  1. In Unit descriptions, choose a unit.
  2. Select Generate description.
  3. Select Save to unit to make it the unit's Description, or Copy it into a brochure.

Descriptions use the unit's facts — type, bedrooms, bathrooms, interior and exterior area and floor — the project's name, location and status, and the unit fields that buyers, agents or the public can see. They never state a price, and fields kept internal are never sent. The text is plain, without formatting. A saved description is public on the microsite and in the agent portal, so read it as a buyer would first.

Unit from photos

The AI looks at up to six of a unit's photos and suggests a description, a unit type and values for your unit fields. Nothing is saved until you have reviewed it.

  1. In Unit from photos, choose a unit — or open the unit and select Fill from photos beside its Description.
  2. Tick up to 6 photos — the first exterior, interior and floor plan are ticked for you — and select Fill from photos. The button shows the cost.
  3. Each suggestion shows beside what the unit has Now, with the reason. Suggestions for things the unit already has start unticked.
  4. Tick what you want and select Apply selected. Ticked items replace the unit's values and are saved straight away.

It never suggests a price, rent, area or other measurement, makes no legal, tax or investment claims and leaves out people and personal details. It only fills fields buyers, agents or the public can see, never internal, money or area fields. Check every suggestion against the unit before you apply it.

Presentation

The Presentation card builds a 16:9 PDF deck from your data — no AI needed unless you ask for an intro.

  1. Under Include, choose the whole project or one unit.
  2. Tick Write an intro with AI if you want an AI-written "About" page; otherwise your area description is used.
  3. Select Generate PDF. The button shows the cost: free, or the text cost when the intro is ticked.
  4. Select Download PDF.

The deck has a cover with your logo and cover image, About the development, Key facts (status, units, price range and project fields), Units (available first), a Gallery, Location with points of interest, and a contact page with your sales phone, email, website and social handles. A unit deck opens with that unit's images, facts and floor plan.

Share it with buyers and agents

Select Add to Documents (agents & clients) to add the PDF to the project's documents with Everyone visibility, so it appears in the buyer portal and the agent portal's resources.

Tip: Regenerate the deck after prices or availability change — it is a snapshot of the moment it was made.

Translations and campaign e-mails

Translate on a project's area description or a construction update fills the other portal languages, live as soon as you run it — correct any language by hand, at no cost. In email campaigns, Draft with AI writes the subject, preview line and message; nothing is sent until someone sends the campaign. Costs are in AI credits.
