Embeddable forms
Put your enquiry form and booking widget on your own website with a copy-and-paste snippet.
You can embed two forms on any website you control: the enquiry form, which creates a lead, and the booking widget, which books a viewing. Both carry your logo and brand colours and resize themselves to fit the page.
Get the snippets
- Go to Settings › API & integrations (owners and admins).
- In Embed on your website, select Copy next to Enquiry form or Booking widget.
- Paste the snippet into your website's HTML where the form should appear.
Each snippet is an iframe plus one line of script that adjusts the iframe's height. Both forms are available on every plan.
<iframe src="https://<app>/lead/<your-workspace>?source=website&utm_source=homepage"
title="Enquiry form" style="width:100%;border:0" loading="lazy"></iframe>Tag where enquiries come from
Add parameters to the enquiry form's address to record where a lead came from:
source— the lead's source in Leads:website,facebook,instagram,google_ads,referralorother. Anything else is recorded aswebsite.utm_source,utm_medium,utm_campaign,utm_content,utm_term— campaign tags, stored with the lead.unit— a unit id to preselect in the form.project— a project id: the enquiry is for that project and the form does not ask (only for a project with an available or reserved unit; otherwise it is ignored).lang—en,el,ruorhe: the form's language, also stored as the lead's language.
Use a different snippet per page or campaign — for example source=facebook&utm_campaign=spring-launch on a landing page for a Facebook ad. The lead page's Attribution card shows the values. See Leads.
The booking widget takes project=<project-slug> to preselect a project.
What visitors see
- Enquiry form — full name, email, phone and, optionally, the unit, project, bedrooms, timeline and purpose. Only units that are available or reserved are listed, and only projects that have one; when just one project qualifies, the enquiry is for that project without asking. Workspaces without off-plan sales show no unit or project field, so no project name is ever shown publicly. A checkbox, never pre-ticked, lets them ask to be e-mailed when a matching home becomes available or its price drops; it appears once there is a project or bedroom count to match on, and ticking it needs an email. See E-mail alerts to leads. After sending they see a thank-you message.
- Booking widget — pick a date, pick a time, enter their details. See Viewing bookings.
Both forms are protected against spam bots and rate-limited.
Warning: If the card says NEXT_PUBLIC_APP_URL is not set, the snippets point at a local address and will not work on your website. Ask your administrator to set the app's public address first.
