AI credits
How many credits each AI action costs, your monthly allowance, and what happens when you run out.
AI actions are paid for in credits. Every plan includes AI and a monthly allowance; every generate button shows its cost before you click it.
Monthly allowance
- Trial and Starter — 20 credits a month
- Growth — 100 credits a month
- Pro — 300 credits a month
- Enterprise — 1,000 credits a month
The allowance resets on the first day of each month. Unused credits do not carry over.
What each action costs
With the default text model (Claude Sonnet):
- Social media post, marketing brief, unit description — 1 credit each
- Social image from your renders — 1 credit
- Social image, AI concept scene, Standard — 2 credits
- Social image, AI concept scene, High quality — 8 credits
- Presentation — free; with an AI-written intro — 1 credit
- Translate a project or update into every other portal language at once — 1 credit
- Draft a campaign e-mail with AI (email campaigns) — 1 credit
- Translate a campaign e-mail into one more language — 1 credit
- Fill a unit from photos — 3 credits (6 on GPT-6 Astra)
With GPT-6 Astra as the text model, each text action (post, brief, description, deck intro, translation, campaign e-mail draft and campaign translation) costs 3 credits instead of 1, and filling a unit from photos costs 6. Image costs do not change. Using a render as a reference costs the same as the chosen quality.
The plain-language search and AI assistants use no credits: search uses no AI, and an assistant runs on your own Claude or ChatGPT account.
Translation
Every project and construction update can be translated from its written language into all of the other portal languages (English, Greek, Russian, Hebrew) with a single click, from the Translate button wherever that content is edited — no need to translate into each language separately. The click costs one credit (or three on GPT-6 Astra), covering every target language at once, not one credit per language. Translations are live as soon as you run them: buyers and agents see them straight away, with no draft step. Staff can open any language and correct it by hand afterwards, at no cost — editing a translation never charges a credit, only generating one does. An e-mail campaign's Translate is different: each click fills one language and costs one credit (three on GPT-6 Astra).
Track your usage
- The banner at the top of every project's AI tab reads "Used X of Y AI credits this month", whether overage billing is on, and when the allowance resets.
- Settings › Billing & plan has an AI usage card with the same figures and a progress bar.
When you run out
When the allowance is used up, the banner turns amber and new generations are refused with "Monthly AI allowance reached." You can wait for the reset, or, on a paid plan, turn on overage.
Pay-as-you-go overage
Available on Starter, Growth, Pro and Enterprise — a trial has no subscription to bill against.
- Go to Settings › Billing & plan.
- In the AI usage card, turn on Pay-as-you-go AI overage.
With overage on, generations continue past the allowance and each extra credit is billed at €0.15 through your subscription. The usage card shows how many extra credits you have used this month. Turn it off at any time to stop further charges.
Note: A failed generation is not charged.
