Who owns our data, and can we take it with us?

You do. Owners and admins can export the whole workspace at any time — every table as JSON, plus a list of your files — and anyone on your team can export everything held about one buyer or lead as a ZIP.

Does bildflow work in Greek?

This website and the buyer and agent portals are in Greek, and the portals also work in English, Russian and Hebrew. Buyers get notifications and receipts in their own language. The staff app itself is in English for now.

Do buyers, agents and partners cost extra?

No. Team seats are unlimited on every plan, buyers are free and unlimited, and guests you invite to a project are never billed. You pay per workspace.

Our contractor doesn’t use bildflow. Can they still join?

Yes. Invite them to one project as a guest: a free login to its tasks, the site diary if you share it, and the documents you choose — never units, prices or buyers. A firm already on bildflow connects its own workspace instead.

We run everything in spreadsheets today. How do we switch?

Start with one project. Add its units with number, floor, bedrooms and price, then your own fields — sea view, parking, energy class. Invite your team, and the spreadsheet can retire once the units are in.

Where is our data hosted, and how is it protected?

bildflow is hosted in the EU. Every record belongs to one workspace, and the database itself refuses to return another workspace’s rows. Documents are private, downloaded through short-lived signed links, and an activity log records who changed what.

We’re an architect or a contractor, not a developer. Does it fit?

Yes. Choose your company type at sign-up and bildflow uses your words and your stages — clients and tenders, fees, site supervision. Off-plan selling stays switched off until you need it.

Does the AI send or publish anything by itself?

No AI draft is e-mailed or posted on its own. AI runs only when you ask, working from the facts in your project, and descriptions, posts and campaign drafts wait for you to save, copy or send them. Translations are live as soon as you run them — correct any language by hand, at no cost. Actions an AI assistant takes are recorded in your audit trail; a lead it creates is routed and announced like any other.

What can we connect bildflow to?

Your website (an enquiry form, a booking widget, an availability embed and a WordPress plugin), property portals that read a Kyero v3 XML or CSV feed, tools that accept webhooks such as Zapier, Make or n8n, Google Calendar for viewings, Stripe for card deposits into your own account, and AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT. Developers get a read-only REST API and an OpenAPI document.

Is the e-signature valid for our contracts?

The buyer signs online with a one-time code sent by e-mail, their typed name and a drawn signature, and you get an audit-trail PDF with a SHA-256 fingerprint of the unsigned agreement. Whether that is enough for a given contract depends on the contract and the country. The agreement template we ship is a starting point, not legal advice: ask your lawyer before you rely on it.
