Project microsites
Publish a public page for a project, with photos, availability, a map and an enquiry form, in four languages.
A microsite is a public page for one project at /p/<workspace>/<project>. Anyone can open it without logging in. It shows your logo and brand colours, and every enquiry sent from it becomes a lead. Microsites are part of the Growth plan and up, and are available while your trial runs. When the trial ends or a subscription is cancelled, the pages stop showing until you choose a plan.
Publish a microsite
- Open the project and select Settings.
- In the Microsite card, tick Publish the microsite.
- Choose what the page shows: Show prices (on by default), Show sold units (off by default) and Let search engines index this page (on by default).
- Optionally add a headline, a contact e-mail, phone and WhatsApp number, and a link to your privacy policy.
- Select Save microsite, then Copy or Open the public link.
Only owners and admins can change the microsite. Untick Publish the microsite and save to take the page down; the link then shows "not found". You can always take a page down, whatever your plan: if your plan no longer includes microsites, the card offers Switch the site off for a page that is still published, so it does not come back by itself when you upgrade again.
What the page shows
From top to bottom, leaving out any part with nothing in it:
- The cover image, headline, location, status, estimated completion and construction progress.
- About: the project's description and the project fields marked Include in the public API / WordPress sync (see Project fields).
- The exterior and interior photos, which open full screen.
- The availability map, when you have drawn one: click a unit or a floor to find it in the list.
- Availability: each unit's type, bedrooms, bathrooms, areas, floor, price, status and floor plan, with bedroom and status filters. Units without a price, or every unit when prices are off, show "Price on request". A unit's Description (see Edit a unit) shows on its card exactly as written, in every language, so write it for buyers.
- The map and points of interest from the project's Location tab, and the brochure link.
- The enquiry form and a footer with your company name and the contact details you added.
Buyers, leads, documents, internal notes, commissions and unit holds never appear.
Enquiries and viewings
The form creates a lead with the source Website for this project. Enquire about this unit fills in the unit. A notice under the button says how you use the visitor's details, with your privacy link, or "privacy policy on request" when you haven't added one. Visitors who arrive through an agent's tracked link are credited to that agent. To credit an agent directly from the microsite, add their code to the page link: /p/<workspace>/<project>?ref=<code>. The code is the part after ?ref= in the agent's tracked link on the Agents page.
Book a viewing opens your booking page when you have set your available hours. Otherwise it goes to the enquiry form. With the client pipeline switched off, the page shows no form.
Languages and search engines
The page comes in English, Greek, Russian and Hebrew (right to left). Visitors can switch with the language links at the top, or add ?lang=el, ?lang=ru or ?lang=he to the link. Your descriptions appear in a language only when a current translation exists.
Published pages are listed for search engines with their title, description and cover image. The list is refreshed every hour, so a newly published page appears in it, and a page you take down leaves it, within the hour. Trial pages and pages with indexing switched off are never indexed.
The project address
The last part of the link is the project address, for example sea-view-residences. Change it in the same card: 3–64 lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens, not already used by another project. Changing the address breaks links you already shared.
