Search

Search sits at the top of every staff page. Press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows), or select Search, and start typing. Use the arrow keys to move through the results, Enter to open one and Esc to close.

Search by name

Type at least two characters of a name, a unit number, an email address or a phone number. Results come in groups: Projects, Units, Buyers and Leads, up to 12 in all. Leads need the client pipeline module; units and buyers need off-plan selling. A guest login has no search box.

Describe the units you want

⌘K also understands a plain description of units, in English or Greek. Try 2-bed under €300k with sea view in Limassol, 3+ beds from 400k, studio available or τριάρι στη Λεμεσό κάτω από 250.000.

• Bedrooms: "2 bed", "two bedroom", "3+ beds", "at least 3 bedrooms", "studio", "γκαρσονιέρα". "δυάρι", "τριάρι" or "3άρι" count rooms with the living room, so "τριάρι" means 2 bedrooms.
• Price: "under €300k", "below 300000", "from 200k", "€200k–300k", "between 200k and 300k", "300.000" (an amount on its own is the most you want to pay). k and m work, and so do "χιλ." and "εκ.", with dots or commas as thousands separators and € before or after.
• Status: "available", "reserved", "sold" or "delivered", or the Greek words for them, such as "διαθέσιμο".
• Place: a word from a project's location or name. Greek place names match in any case, such as "Λεμεσό" for "Λεμεσός"; a place of several words needs all of them, as in "Άγιο Τύχωνα".
• Your fields: an option of one of your select unit fields, or the name of a yes/no field, such as "sea view" or "pool". "no pool" or "without pool" asks for the opposite. See custom fields.

Capitals and accents never matter.

Matching units

When the search understands something, a Matching units group appears above the name results:

• a line saying what was understood, for example "2 bedrooms · up to €300,000 · Limassol · Sea view";
• Ignored: with any words it could not use;
• up to 20 units, cheapest first (units without a price come last);
• Show all N in Units view for each project with matches. It opens the project's Units tab with the same filters, so you can see every match.

If nothing fits, it says No units match.

When it is just a name search

A place or project name on its own ("Marina", "Limassol") is a name search, and so is a plain number ("10234") or a phone number. Next to other words a plain number is the most you want to pay, so "2 bed 300000" finds 2-bedroom units up to €300,000. An email address is always a name search.

Who can use it

Owners, admins, sales and construction staff. Matching units need the off-plan selling module, because units belong to it.

The plain-language search uses no AI and costs no credits: bildflow reads the words with fixed rules. AI assistants search units the same way.
