Design selections

Design selections let a buyer choose between the finishes you offer for their unit. They are included in the Trial, Growth, Pro and Enterprise plans.

Create a selection

1. Open the buyer from Buyers and select the Units tab.
2. Under the unit, find Add design selection.
3. Enter a Category such as "Flooring" or "Kitchen tiles" and, optionally, a Deadline.
4. Select Add selection.

Add options

Each selection needs at least two options to choose from.

1. Under the selection, find Add option.
2. Enter a Label such as "Oak" or "White marble", an optional description, and an optional image (up to 16 MB).
3. Select Add option. Repeat for each option.

How the buyer chooses

In the portal, the buyer opens the Design tab, looks at the options and their images, and selects Approve this option on the one they want. Their choice is marked Your choice in the portal and Selected on the buyer's Units tab in the staff app.

Deadlines

• A selection with a deadline shows on the buyer's journey timeline as upcoming.
• When the deadline is a week away, the buyer gets a reminder notification.
• After the deadline, an unmade selection is shown as overdue at the top of the buyer's timeline.
