Billing and plans

Open Settings › Billing & plan. The page shows your current plan and subscription status, AI usage and the plans you can switch to.

Plans

All prices are per month in euros. Team seats and buyer portal users are unlimited on every plan; AI tools and online viewing bookings are included on every plan too, with a bigger AI allowance on the higher tiers.

• Trial — 14 days free, no card needed. 1 project, 25 units, 1 GB storage. Buyer portal, agent portal, design selections and 20 AI credits a month.
• Starter — €49 — 1 project, 50 units, 5 GB. Units and custom fields, buyer portal and agent portal, construction updates, bookings and 20 AI credits a month.
• Growth — €149 — 5 projects, 300 units, 25 GB. Everything in Starter, plus design selections, API keys, WordPress sync, property portal feeds, webhooks, sales reports and 100 AI credits a month.
• Pro — €299 — unlimited projects and units, 100 GB. Everything in Growth, plus email campaigns (10,000 e-mails a month), AI assistants and 300 AI credits a month.
• Enterprise — unlimited projects, units and storage, everything in Pro, 50,000 campaign e-mails and 1,000 AI credits a month. Contact us for pricing.

Upgrade or switch plan

1. On the Billing page, find the plan you want and select Upgrade / Switch.
2. You are taken to Stripe's secure checkout. Enter your payment details there — bildflow never sees your card.
3. After paying you return to the Billing page with "Subscription updated successfully."

If you cancel at checkout you return with "Checkout canceled. No changes were made."

Manage your subscription

Once you have a subscription, Manage billing opens Stripe's billing portal, where you can update your card, download invoices, change plan or cancel.

Subscription status

The badge beside your plan name shows the subscription status: Trial, Trialing, Active, Past due or Canceled. If a payment fails the status becomes Past due; update your card from Manage billing.

Limits

• Projects and units — adding one beyond your plan's limit is refused with a message; nothing existing is affected. Upgrade to add more.
• Storage — uploads beyond the limit are refused. See Set up your workspace.
• AI credits — see AI credits, including pay-as-you-go overage.
• Features — pages for features outside your plan, such as design selections on Starter or raw API access below Enterprise, say which plan is required and link here.
