Media and documents

Upload the cover, gallery, floor plans and brochures, and share documents with exactly the people who should see them.

Cover image

Open a project, select Media and use Upload cover. The cover heads the project page, the buyer portal, the agent portal and generated presentations.

The gallery has three groups: Exterior, Interior and Floorplans. Each has its own upload button.

  1. Select Add exterior images (or interior, or floorplan).
  2. Choose one or more files, or drop them onto the button.
  3. Drag thumbnails to change their order. Select a thumbnail to view it full size.

Buyers and agents see the gallery in the same three groups. Every image opens in a full-screen viewer with arrow-key and swipe navigation.

Unit images and floor plans

On the Units tab, select Add (or Manage) in a unit's Images column to open its media dialog:

  • Add images — upload several at once, choosing the type (exterior, interior or floor plan) for new images. Drag thumbnails, or use ← →, to reorder.
  • Copy from project gallery — reuse gallery images on this unit.
  • Select for other units and Apply to units — copy chosen images to other units, such as every unit of the same layout.
  • Floor plan file — the plan shown on the unit sheet, in the buyer portal and in the Floorplan column.

Unit images appear on that unit in the buyer portal and the agent portal, and the AI tools can post them as they are.

The Links card on the Media tab stores a Brochure link and a Shared folder link, such as a Google Drive or Dropbox folder. Buyers and agents see both, so link only a folder meant for them. Units have the same two links in their edit panel.

Documents

The Documents tab holds files for the whole project. Documents for a single unit are added on the buyer's page, under the Units tab.

  1. Enter a Document name, for example "Sales contract".
  2. Choose the File — PDF, images or Word documents, up to 16 MB.
  3. Optionally pick a Category: Brochure, Price list, Floor plan, Presentation, Contract or Other. The agent portal groups files by category.
  4. Choose the Visibility (below) and select Upload.

Uploading a file with the same name again adds a new version (v2, v3 …) instead of replacing the old one. Versions are listed newest first, with their version number, so everyone can tell which is current.

Who sees a document

  • Internal (staff only) — your team only.
  • Team and partners — your team and the partner workspaces of a project you share. Never buyers or agents.
  • Clients (buyers) — buyers of this project (or of this unit, for a unit document).
  • Agents — agents in the agent portal.
  • Everyone (agents & clients) — both.

Note: Documents are stored privately and never become public by accident. Every download goes through a signed link: in the staff app and the buyer portal it expires after about a minute; in the agent portal it lasts an hour, so a link copied from there keeps working for that hour.

Storage limits

Uploads count towards your plan's storage. When you reach the limit, the upload is refused and you are asked to free up space or upgrade. See Set up your workspace.
