Getting help
Report a problem, request a feature or ask a question, and follow the conversation with our team.
If something is not working, you need a feature, or you cannot find an answer in these docs, open a support ticket from inside bildflow.
Open a ticket
- Select Support & privacy at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Under What is it about?, choose the type:
- Bug — something is broken or behaves unexpectedly.
- Feature request — something you would like bildflow to do.
- Question — anything else.
- Give it a short title (up to 140 characters) and describe it. For a bug, say what you did, what you expected and what happened instead.
- Select Send ticket.
The page you were on and the app version are attached automatically, so there is no need to include them.
Follow a ticket
Your workspace's tickets are listed on the same page with their status and last activity. Select one to open the conversation and reply.
- Open — waiting for our team to pick it up.
- In progress — we are working on it.
- Waiting on you — we need something from you; reply in the ticket.
- Resolved — we believe it is fixed or answered.
- Closed — finished. The person who opened the ticket can use Close ticket when they no longer need help, or Reopen ticket if the problem comes back. Replying to a resolved or closed ticket also reopens it.
When our team replies, the person who opened the ticket gets a notification with a link to the thread, and an email unless an earlier reply on that ticket is still unread.
Before you write
- Search these docs from the box on the documentation home.
- Many pages in the app have a ? next to the title that opens the relevant guide.
Tip: One ticket per problem makes it faster to resolve. A workspace can open up to 10 tickets an hour.
Everyone in your workspace
All staff can open tickets and see the workspace's tickets. Buyers and agents cannot — if they need help, they should contact you, and you can open a ticket on their behalf.
