Property portal feeds

Send your available units to Kyero and other property portals with one feed URL that stays up to date as units sell.

A feed is a secret URL that a portal reads on its own schedule. Your available units appear on the portal and drop off when they sell, with no listing by hand. Go to Settings › Property portals (also linked from Settings › API & integrations). Feeds need the Growth plan or above, and only owners and admins can manage them. A workspace can have up to 10 feeds.

If your workspace moves below Growth (a downgrade, or a cancelled subscription), its feeds answer portals "gone" until you upgrade again. You can still pause or delete them in the meantime.

Create a feed

  1. Select Create a feed and give it a name, for example "Kyero".
  2. Choose the format: Kyero v3 (XML) for Kyero and the portals that read Kyero feeds, or CSV for portals and agencies that import a spreadsheet. You can't change the format later.
  3. Pick one or more projects and the description languages.
  4. Select Create feed, then Copy the URL and paste it into the portal. The URL is shown only once.

Kyero needs each project's town and country. Edit the project's location on its Location tab: "Town, District, Country", for example "Paralimni, Famagusta, Cyprus". If a project's location doesn't include a country, the form asks for the feed's country instead.

What goes out

Each available unit is one listing. A listing carries the unit's type, bedrooms, bathrooms, built area, price, the project's town and map position, the project description, and up to 30 photos with floor plans last. It also includes custom fields marked Include in the public API / WordPress sync; public yes/no fields that are switched on become features. See Units and custom fields.

Sold units never go out. Neither do buyers, reservations, leads, commissions, notes or internal fields. Units on a short hold stay listed as available.

Kyero rules

  • Every Kyero listing has a price. Units without a price are left out, and Price on request applies to the CSV feed only.
  • Descriptions go out in English and Russian only. Greek and Hebrew go in the CSV feed.
  • Reserved units are left out of Kyero; Kyero has no "under offer" status.
  • A unit whose project location has no town is left out. Add the town on the project's Location tab.
  • A listing's date is the date the unit was added, because units don't yet record when they last changed.

CSV feed

The CSV has one row per unit, with a column for each public custom field, a description column per language and the photo URLs separated by |. It opens in Excel with accents intact. You can include reserved units, shown as "Under offer", and switch prices off to show "Price on request".

Note: A cell that starts with =, +, - or @ gets a leading ' so spreadsheet programs don't run it as a formula. Some importers show that '.

Keep the URL secret

Anyone with the URL can read the feed, so share it only with the portal. Each feed row shows the last 4 characters of its URL.

  • Regenerate URL replaces the URL. The old one stops working at once, so paste the new one into the portal.
  • Pause stops the feed until you select Resume. The portal gets a "gone" answer in the meantime.
  • Delete removes the feed and its URL for good.

How fresh is it

Portals get a copy that is at most 15 minutes old. Selling a unit, or changing its price or photos, refreshes the feed straight away. Each feed answers up to 60 requests an hour. The list shows when a portal last fetched the feed, which portal it was, and how many fetches came in the last 30 days.
