Docs › Projects & units
Units and custom fields
Add and edit units, change their status, filter the table, and describe units and projects with your own fields.
Add a unit
- Open a project and select the Units tab.
- Enter the unit number, floor, bedrooms and price.
- Select Add unit.
Your plan limits the number of units in the workspace; the form tells you when the limit is reached.
Edit a unit
Select Edit on the unit's row. The panel holds every field:
- Unit number, status, price (€), floor, bedrooms, bathrooms
- Interior and exterior area in m²
- Available from date
- Brochure link and Shared folder (a Google Drive or Dropbox link — buyers of the unit and agents see both)
- Description — plain text, up to 4,000 characters. It is public on the project's microsite and in the agent portal, so write it for buyers.
- Your custom fields
With AI on, Fill from photos beside the description suggests a description, a type and your fields from the unit's photos; you tick what to keep first, and it never suggests a price, an area or an internal field. See Unit from photos.
Select Save unit when you are done. Delete unit is refused while a buyer, a viewing booking or a payment is linked to the unit — clear those first — and for a unit with any reservation on record, even a cancelled one. Deleting a unit also deletes its files: its photos, floor plan, unit documents, design selections, buyer reports and unit construction updates, which frees their storage. A file that another unit or the project still shows is kept.
Change a unit's status
Select the status badge on a row and pick Available, Reserved, Sold or Delivered. The change is saved immediately and recorded in the activity log. Converting a lead into a buyer marks their units Sold for you.
Filter the table
Use the filters above the table to narrow by status, bedrooms and price range, plus any custom field you have marked as a filter. Yes/no fields filter as any/yes/no, choice lists as a dropdown, and numbers as a minimum and maximum.
Custom fields
Open Settings › Fields. The Unit fields tab holds fields that appear on every unit; the Project fields tab holds development-wide fields such as Golden Visa eligibility or energy class.
- Under Add a field, type a label (for example "Sea view").
- Choose a type: Yes / no, Number, Text or Choice list (enter the options separated by commas).
- Optionally add a suffix such as "m²" or "spaces", and an icon from the picker.
- Choose who sees it and where:
- Offer as a filter — adds it to the unit filters (not available for text fields).
- Show to buyers in the portal
- Show to agents in the kit
- Include in the public API / WordPress sync
- Select Add field.
Change a field's label, suffix, order and visibility from its row. Deleting a field removes it from every unit too; the confirmation tells you how many units have a value first.
Project fields
Fields on the Project fields tab are filled in per project: open the project, select Settings, fill in Project fields and save. They show on the buyer portal, the agent portal and in the public API according to the same visibility choices.
Tip: AI social images and their captions pick their highlights from your project fields, so a project with "Golden Visa: yes" and "Energy class: A" gets more specific copy than one with only a price.
