The AI tab
One set of facts, four ways to use it.
With AI marketing on, every project has an AI tab. Each tool starts from what is already in bildflow, and each button shows its cost before you click.
Works from your units, fields, photos, location and brand kit. Descriptions never state a price; internal fields are never sent.
Unit descriptions
A sales description for one unit, from its type, rooms, areas, floor and the fields buyers can see. Or fill a unit from up to 6 photos and tick what to apply.
Select Save to unit to make it the unit’s description. Until then it is a draft on your screen.

What happens to each output.
Most of what the AI writes waits for you. Translations are the exception: they go live when you run them.

Credits
Every plan includes AI credits.
AI actions are paid for in credits. Each button shows its cost before you click, and the allowance resets on the first day of each month.

- Beyond the allowance, a paid plan can turn on pay-as-you-go credits at €0.15 each. A trial has no subscription to bill them to.
- Unused credits do not carry over. A failed generation is not charged.

AI assistants
Your projects, in the assistant you already use.
Connect an AI assistant to bildflow. It signs in as you and sees only what your role allows.
Works with Claude and ChatGPT, through a connector you add once.
What it can read
Projects, units, availability, tasks and reservations, with unit search in plain words. Sales figures for owners, admins and sales staff.

Leads and buyers stay closed to assistants until an owner or admin turns on the switch for them.
Every action is recorded in your audit trail. A lead it creates is routed and announced like any other.

Draft with AI writes a campaign’s subject, preview line and message from the project’s facts and a one-line brief. Translate fills another language from it.

Questions about AI
Can the AI be wrong?
Yes. It writes from your facts, but it can still get a detail wrong. Read every text before you publish it, and check prices and dates against your own records.
Does the AI send or publish anything by itself?
No AI draft is e-mailed or posted on its own: you copy posts out, save descriptions to a unit and send campaigns yourself. Translations are the exception: they are live as soon as you run them, and you can correct any language by hand at no cost. An AI assistant’s actions are recorded in your audit trail.
Which AI models does bildflow use?
Text is written by Claude Sonnet by default. A workspace can switch to GPT-6 Astra, which costs more credits per action. Concept scenes are drawn by an image model.
How much AI do the plans include?
Every plan includes a monthly allowance, from 20 to 1,000 credits. Paid plans can go beyond it at €0.15 a credit.
What does the AI know about my project?
Only what is in bildflow: your units, fields, photos, location and brand kit. Descriptions never state a price, and fields kept internal are never sent.
Is a concept scene a picture of my building?
No. A concept scene is drawn by AI and labelled AI-generated, and it may alter details. For the exact architecture, make the post from one of your own renders.
