Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
It lasts 14 days and needs no card. You get 1 project of up to 25 units, with reservations, agent commissions and design selections included. Choose a plan from Billing whenever you are ready.
Do you charge per user?
No. Plans are priced per workspace. Team seats are unlimited on every plan, buyers use the portal free of charge, and guests you invite to a project are never billed.
What happens when we reach a limit?
Adding a project or unit beyond your plan’s limit is refused with a message; nothing you already have is locked or removed. Upgrade to add more.
How do we pay, and can we change plan?
You pay by card through Stripe’s secure checkout — bildflow never sees your card. Manage billing opens Stripe’s billing portal, where you can change plan, update your card, download invoices or cancel.
What are AI credits?
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits for posts, briefs, presentations, descriptions and translations; every button shows its cost first. On a paid plan you can turn on pay-as-you-go credits at €0.15 each.
We are architects, engineers or contractors. Is the price the same?
Yes. The plans and prices are the same for every kind of company, from €49 a month. Choose your company type when you sign up and bildflow uses your wording and stages.
What does Enterprise include?
Unlimited projects, units and storage, everything in Pro and 1,000 AI credits a month. Pricing is agreed with you — contact us.
