Contractors

The site report is in a group chat. The delay is in someone’s memory.

bildflow puts every site day on record — weather, workforce, delays and photos from the phone, approved and locked — with tasks your office, your site and your subcontractors share.

From problem to flow

Every site day on record.

Choose Contractor when you sign up: clients and tenders, contract values, and stages from mobilisation to handover.

The problem

“Site reports live on paper or in a group chat, and delays get argued from memory.”

With bildflow

A site diary for every day, locked once approved.

Record the weather, workforce by trade with hours, deliveries, work done, photos and every delay with its reason. An approved day can’t be changed; re-opening one is recorded in the audit log. Download a day or a date range as a PDF.

Example site diary day: weather, workforce on site, delays and photos, approved by the site manager.

Sample data

The problem

“Tasks get lost between the office and the site.”

With bildflow

Tasks from the phone, with photos.

Add a task by its title on site and fill in the details later: assignee, due date, trade and location on site. Attach photos, turn a diary delay into a task, and every assignee gets a morning digest of what is overdue.

Example task board: project tasks moving from to do, through in progress and review, to done.

Sample data

The problem

“Defects get reported by phone, and fixed ones are never checked off.”

With bildflow

Every snag on the plan, from open to checked.

Pin each snag where it is on the floor plan, with the trade, the assignee and up to 5 photos. Whoever fixes it marks it Fixed — to check; the project’s own team checks it on site and marks it Checked. Download a snag report PDF with each plan and its numbered pins.

Example snag plan: numbered snags pinned on one floor’s plan, each with its trade and status — open, in progress, fixed and waiting for a check, or checked.

Sample data

The problem

“Subcontractors aren’t on any system.”

With bildflow

Invite them as guests, free of charge.

A guest gets their own login to the project you share: its tasks, and the site diary and documents if you choose. Never units, prices or buyers. Guests are never billed, and one login works for every firm that invites them.

Example connected workspace: a developer and an architecture firm sharing one project’s tasks, site diary and documents.

Sample data

The problem

“The developer wants progress photos for the buyers. Again.”

With bildflow

Write the day once; the developer shares it.

On a developer’s shared project with diary write access, you write and submit the days; their team approves them and can publish chosen photos with a short note to buyers. Workforce, delays and internal notes are left out of what buyers see.

Example progress update sent to buyers in their own language, with photos from site.

A week with bildflow

A site week, in one flow.

One site, from Monday to Friday.

  1. Monday

Start the day’s diary from the last entry — crews, equipment and weather note copied over — then adjust the headcount and add photos.

  2. Tuesday

The concrete arrives late. Record the delay with its reason, and turn it into a task for the office.

  3. Wednesday

The electrical subcontractor updates the tasks assigned to them, from their own guest login.

  4. Thursday

The site manager submits the days; an owner or admin approves them, and each approved day locks.

  5. Friday

Download the week’s diary as one PDF for the client.

Questions contractors ask

Do our site staff need a computer?

No. bildflow works in the phone’s browser, so the diary and tasks are filled in on site. There is no offline mode yet, so saving needs a connection.

Who can change a day once it’s approved?

Nobody. If something needs correcting, an owner or admin re-opens the day to draft, and the re-open is recorded in the audit log.

Do subcontractors pay for their login?

No. Guests are never billed. Owners and admins invite them to a project by e-mail, and the invitation link works for 7 days.

Can buyers see our site diary?

No. Buyers and agents never see the site diary. The project’s own team can publish chosen photos with a short note as a progress update; workforce, delays and internal notes are left out.

We don’t sell property. Is the price different for us?

No. Plans and prices are the same for everyone, from €49 a month per workspace. Choose Contractor at sign-up and the selling tools start switched off; team seats are unlimited on every plan.

Can we try it on one site first?

Yes. The free trial lasts 14 days, needs no card and includes 1 project — for one site’s diary, tasks and guests.

Can a buyer’s defect report reach us?

Yes, through the developer. After handover a buyer reports an issue from their portal, and the developer’s team accepts it as a snag and can assign it to your firm. On the shared project it says “Reported by the buyer” and never shows who the buyer is. Mark it Fixed — to check when the work is done.

Build in flow.

Start with one site: log today’s diary, add the week’s tasks and invite your subcontractors.
